  • 2 cups buttermilk
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying

Instructions:

  1. Marinate chicken pieces in buttermilk for at least 1 hour (or overnight for best results).
  2. In a large bag, mix flour, paprika, salt, and pepper. Add chicken pieces, a few at a time, and shake to coat.
